The American Red Cross is coming back to Harlan County
The Big Sandy Area Red Cross Chapter is excited to welcome Harlan County as a satellite chapter. Currently the Big Sandy Area Chapter services, Martin, Johnson, Floyd, Pike, Magoffin, Knott, Letcher, Leslie and now Harlan counties.
